Our Outings

Adventures beyond - At Stepping Stones learning doesn't just happen indoors - we believe in giving children the chance to explore the wider world them. We go on daily outings within Lewes, exploring the local nature reserves, parks and playgrounds where the world becomes our classroom!

For adventures further afield, we have two dedicated nursery minibuses, which allow us to take the children on exciting outings and opens up a world of learning opportunities! These experiences help the children to learn about the world around them, build confidence and make lasting memories with their friends.

As well as our minibuses, we love giving the children the opportunity to experience real-life adventures on public transport. Travelling by bus or train is not only exciting but it also helps them learn valuable life skills.

Our team ensures that every outing is safe, well-organized and tailored to the children's interests. We take pride in providing enriching experiences that extend learning beyond the nursery walls - inspiring curiosity, independence and a love of discovery.
